  Great Manager ! During a recent shopping trip, my wife and I encountered a problem with a 5% discount coupon. Our entire $250+ order had to be re-rung due to a technical error with the coupon coding. The manager, Guy, came over, apologized and showed us to an area where we could be seated while another employee re-entered the purchase. Staff quickly completed the job and Guy came over and apologized again along with adding a 100 points to our gas credits! You don't find that kind of service or customer care in the large Grocery stores of today.

  I shopped at Ingles on Hwy. 29 til the prices trippled. Mgr., One that retired. I shop at Kroger, 29N, prices are great & I leave with a smile & extra cash that I can spend on me!!
